After scheduling your consultation, you'll receive three required forms to complete prior to your appointment. Once all forms have been submitted, your consultation will be confirmed.
During your consultation, our team will determine if EON is the right treatment for your goals. Qualified candidates may be eligible for same-day treatment, depending on availability and their personalized treatment plan.
